Dr. Alavi received his degree from the prestigious Head and Neck Surgery program at UCLA. He then pursued the field of cosmetic surgery by attending in a full year of fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California, Irvine.n
He then continued his training further, by completing a second fellowship in Liposuction and Breast Surgery with American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery in San Diego. After receiving acclaim from colleagues and patients, he is now well known internationaly for his expertise in plastic surgery and for his natural, scarless and stunning surgical results.
Dr. Alavi has been the Medical Director for the Center for Cosmetic Surgery in San Diego since the year 2000. He performs all forms of cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Alavi explains his philosophy - "I consider the 'art' of cosmetic surgery to be just as important as the science.
